DELIVERY & RETURNS

Standard products are made to order. Please allow up to 20 working days for dispatch unless a product page or written quotation states otherwise. We will contact you if a different lead time applies.

UK DELIVERY

Delivery costs for standard products are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Delivery for custom tables and laser-cut work is confirmed in the quotation.

Please inspect heavy items on arrival. If an order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email info@tdbfab.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photographs.

RETURNS

For standard items bought online, consumers may tell us within 14 days of receiving the item that they wish to cancel, then have a further 14 days to return it. Goods must be returned safely and the customer is responsible for return carriage unless the item is faulty or not as described. Because table tops are heavy, contact us before arranging a return so we can provide suitable instructions and a return location.

Personalised or custom-made items can normally only be returned if faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and checked.
