TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to purchases and quotation requests made through the TDB Fab website. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights. Contact info@tdbfab.co.uk if anything is unclear before ordering.

PRODUCTS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Dimensions, materials, tolerances, finish, compatibility and what is included are stated on each product page or written quotation. Table tops are supplied without legs unless a complete frame is expressly included. Product images are illustrative, and unfinished steel may show normal variations associated with manufacture and handling.

ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in pounds sterling. TDB Fab is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. Payment is taken using the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is accepted when confirmed by TDB Fab; if an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and any payment due back will be refunded. Selecting “Please Weld for me” on the 5 mm fabrication square adds £5 to the product price.

DELIVERY

Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated lead times are shown at checkout or in a written quotation. Standard products may take up to 20 working days to dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and reasonable access for heavy deliveries.

CUSTOM TABLES AND LASER CUTTING

A quotation is based on the information and files supplied. Manufacture begins only after the customer approves the written quotation and any required payment is received. The customer is responsible for checking dimensions, quantities, material, tolerances and drawing revisions before approval, and confirms that they have the right to provide and use any submitted files.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND FAULTS

Standard online orders may be cancelled and returned in accordance with the Delivery & Returns page. Custom-made or personalised goods are normally returnable only if faulty or not as described. Report damage, shortages or faults promptly with the order number and photographs so the issue can be assessed.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. TDB Fab is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer specifications, misuse, unsuitable installation or modification of a product. Customers must use appropriate welding, lifting and workshop safety procedures.
